   Only what you type into our forms: a project brief, a sample recap request or a join-the-team application.

   That can include your name, email, company or brand, phone, city, Instagram handle, markets, timing, budget range, availability and your message.

   We use your details to reply to you and to plan the work you ask about. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

   Where it goes

   Each form is sent by email to the SMG team through Amazon Simple Email Service. This website does not keep your submission in a database. It lives in our email inboxes.

   We keep it as long as we need to answer you and to keep our business records, then we delete it.

   Analytics and cookies

   This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies today. If that changes, we will update this page first.

   We do not use advertising cookies.

   Sharing

   We share your details only with the people who help us answer you, such as our email provider and the SMG team, or when the law requires it.
